At Ailove, every piece is specially created for you, using the photos and text you provide when placing your order.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.


Your satisfaction is very important to us.

If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error made by our team, we will be happy to fix it.


Cases eligible for return or replacement:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

The engraving or design does not match the information you submitted with your order.

Process:

1. Contact us at ailoveejewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. We will review your case and, if approved, send you a replacement at no additional cost.

3. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important:

Because each product is custom-made, returns or changes are not accepted if the photo or text provided by the customer is incorrect or of low quality.
